Mission chiefs visited facilities ahead of European Games
Since November 7, the heads of missions of the various countries-participants of the 3rd European Games Krakow - Malopolska have been in Krakow, visiting the facilities where athletes taking part in this largest multisport event of next year on the Old Continent will compete from June 20, 2023.
The meeting of representatives of the missions, corresponding to the Olympic missions, from the 48 countries that will participate in the European Games next year began on November 7 in Krakow. The first was a conference at which organizers presented the current state of preparations for the event.
Participants were able to see what the current work at the venues looks like, as well as find out how the accreditation process, the volunteer program, or learn about solutions related to transportation between the various arenas will take place.
Visits to individual venues were also organized so that representatives of the mission could see for themselves what the arenas in which athletes from their countries will compete for medals at the Third European Games will look like. Among those visited were the Wielka Krokiew in Zakopane, the Shooting Park in Nowy Sącz and the Henryk Reyman Municipal Stadium in Cracow. Participants were able to choose the option of seeing the venues that interested them.
